Cash, Postal Money Order, Western Union, Visa, MasterCard. American Express and Discover can be used through PayPal.
Any order placed on this store is subject to final acceptance. Credit card companies give us broad powers of
refusal and payments we regard as suspect or potentially fradulent will be returned. Make sure your
billing address matches your credit card statement address or your card may get refused.

Our pricing is based on on a straight through order without changes or additons. We accept only 1 payment per order.
Any additions to the order will be subject to a handling charge equal to any credit card fees we must pay.


We realize some people have developed an ultra sensitivity to personal data even in check form so
if you send cash, wrap it in a covering before putting it in an envelope. Any change due you will
be returned with your order. Large amounts should be sent registered or Priority Mail with signature
confirmation.

PayPal is a problematic payment form for us for 2 reasons:
With PayPal requests for shipments to other than the confirmed address is a potential fraud situation,
one we do not wish to deal with (not to mention their lousy customer service).

Excessive order changes after payment is placed. This causes us a lot of additional bookkeeping,
and may affect how we can take care of other customers. PayPal and credit card companies now want
one payment per order.

We accept PayPal but keep in mind the following:

1) No phone orders, no mail orders with PayPal.
We ship ONLY to the confirmed address.
Handmade reserves the right to reject any order that maybe problematic.

2) Post office box confirmed addresses: We do offer Priority mail option for low weight packages
(8 oz or less) that can be shipped to post office boxes. Note there is no signature confirmation
or insurance offered. You do get a notice of shipment. Click Other Shipping Options on chose shipment page.

3) Shop as you normally would. This method allows you to see out of stock or not enough stock
for your order warnings. There is no need to type your order on the PayPal payment page.

When you get to the check out page named "Check Out/Order Verify Page" (the page with all items, discounts
and shipping listed).

4) Select PayPal under "Payment Type".

For PayPal payment:



Your order will be processed and a confirmation email sent after notice of payment from PayPal
is received.

Any orders not meeting the above conditions, your money will be returned, there are no exceptions.
In order to offer good prices and fast shipments we can not mess around and we require straight
through hassle free payments. We hate to sound harsh, sometimes polite doesn't work well.

Credit card via telephone
Due to time contraints, we can not take orders by telephone. Using the webstore may actually be the
most secure way of buying when using a credit card (how smart is it to give a number over a cell phone?).

Taxes we collect
The only tax we collect is the State Of Pennsylvania sales tax. Philadelphia (8%) and Allegheny County sales tax
is 7%, the rest of the state is 6%. We do not collect any other tax.
