Inventory check

1) Orders by telephone?

We no longer do telephone orders.
This allows us to get orders out faster. 95% of the questions we get are already answered on
the respective product pages. This website governs in regards to pricing.

a) Telephone hours are 10.15 am-3pm US Eastern Standard Time if you have a question
about product or product suitability (please be very concise) or have something to add
to a order you already placed (by 12.01pm US Eastern Standard Time). After 12.01 pm it is hit or
miss, and after 3pm, it's to late.

b) Please note the store is highly secure. To enhance security further, we can delete
from our records your order after it is completed, but note you will not be able
to look up past orders once your order is deleted. Only your Log In will remain on record.



2) Method of payment?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express* (remember to supply your CVV number).
PayPal (to confirmed USA addresses only).

*- Amex uses a 4 digit code on the front of their card.



3) Method of shipment?

United Parcel Service in the United States. USPS if you have a post office box.

Express Mail for international shipments (except Germany, Italy and Spain, which are UPS only).



4) Why doesn't the $150.00 5% discount show up on check out?

As of Jan 23, 2004, the website has been modified to show the 5% discount when you are
purchasing $150.00 or more. Note that some items are "net" and will not be discounted.

Note: Any continuing discount there after will be adjusted at time of actual invoicing and card billing.




5) Membership required?

Creating your own Log On code just saves you from repeating inputting all your data again.
If you do have a Log On, you can use the order tracking link. This will tell you if your order has
been completed, or if there are any back ordered items. This information is updated every morning,
as required.


6) Inventory Check

If you have a critical need item, much of our stock can be checked. Place an order for the quantity desired and then click
"Check Out Now". If our stock is below the quantity you need, you will be informed. Just hit your browser "Back" and
then the delete button to clear the basket.





Quotes:
By telephone only for customers in the United States. Quote requests emailed or faxed will be disposed of. Quotes should be of above average quantities. 4 pcs of a Hammond power transformer or 7 pieces of a capacitor is not above average quantity. Don't waste our time, and we won't waste yours.
