Tubes are tested for trans conductance (GM) and electrical problems.
Label name is the prime identifier but construction details known to us
will be given if actual maker is different than labelled.
Tests well means the tube has useful life left and a minimum of 10%
section to section balance.
Getter acceptable but more than likely not as strong as new.
