This pair is sad, a set only a mother could love.
Pin 8 (heater) on both tubes have slightly pitted
plating. A factory fault, looks like GEC was having a
bad day.
But you could be happy. We cleaned up the pins and they
work better than before.
The tubes now light up and test well. If you have leaf contacts
in your tube sockets you might have to jockey the tubes
a little to make best contact, fork contacts shouldn't be a problem.
Side benefit these tubes make a fine matched pair
